We plan to expand into additional compression levels, including lower (10–15 mmHg) and higher (20–30 mmHg) options, so you can choose the level of support that best fits your lifestyle and needs.

Will you offer other compression levels?

Our current collection offers moderate compression (15–20 mmHg) designed to support circulation, reduce swelling, and keep you comfortable throughout long days, travel, and everyday wear.

Compresh is available in Petite, S/M, M/L, L/XL, as well as Wide Calf M/L and Wide Calf L/XL to provide a more inclusive fit.

What sizes do you offer?

We want you to love your Compresh socks. If your socks aren’t the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.
